Free tracked shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order, and every order includes a tracking number.
Processing and delivery times

- Delivery: typically 5–11 business days after your order ships.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
No surprise fees
There are no extra fees at delivery. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours at support@scrubzap.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it with the carrier, or send a replacement or refund.
