We want you to love your ScrubZap. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email support@scrubzap.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — packages sent to the wrong address can't be processed.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it).
- Unused items in original condition: full refund of the product price.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and you won't pay for return shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible — orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.
